Looking your best is important. It is wonderful for your self-esteem. Don't you just love those admiring looks as you walk down the street? Or perhaps down the beach in a bikini? The trouble is that as we age it can become more difficult to keep in shape because we tend to exercise less. Let’s face it healthy eating all the time isn't much fun either.
